Some Hard Skills We Expect from You:
• Have 2-3 years’ working experience in social or Marketing department, agency or in-house. Having relevant experiences in lifestyle industry is a plus.
• Capable of delivering good results for retainer clients and projects, doing researches and developing reports, supporting strategic planning skills.
• Excellent copywriting skills on social post/articles in both Chinese and English.
• Excellent communication skill in managing clients and partners.
• Proven leadership abilities in managing juniors or interns.
• Good oral English.
• Consistently meets deadlines and attentive to details and quality.
• Solid knowledge and skills in all Microsoft Office program.
• Bachelor’s Degree or plus.

You will work as an account as well as a creative planner.
The Responsibilities You Will Take Including but not Limited to:
• Provide high-quality service work including content development, events’ support, operational logistics, influencer marketing, financial process, etc.
• Pitch and secure good coverage for our clients.
• Provide high-quality written materials required in the agency business (e.g. creative proposal, emails, meeting minutes, etc.)
• Provide client service support and act as daily contact for routine services.
• Manage small-scale projects working with staff and vendors, including tracking financial details.
• Conduct market research in English / Chinese for brands.
• Support agency’s new business by helping put together plans and proposals.
• Proactively contribute to the development of the agency and work collaboratively across the agency at all levels.
