【职位描述Role & Responsibility】
负责大中华区艾菲奖商务合作BD以及报赛单位业务拓展相关工作：
1. 商务拓展新的合作伙伴以及实现合作落地;
2. 根据潜在赞助合作伙伴需求进行策略，内容的规划，将艾菲资源包装成产品，达成赞助及资源置换合作;
3. 对接客户需求，完成定制化招商方案，并与合作伙伴沟通方案与落地；
4. 跟进客户权益的落实，形成阶段性结案报告
5. 完成领导交办的相关工作
Responsible for the Sponsorship development & Entrants development for Effie awards in greater China:
1. Sponsorship and new business development
2. Develop business project partners according to client requirements, and achieve cash and resource exchange
3. Make idea to life according to client needs
4. Package Effie resources into products to ensure to exchange
5. Complete other related work

任职要求
【职位需求Requirements】
1. 2年以上商务BD相关经验（有营销行业奖项赞助合作相关经验优先，有4A工作经历优先，有营销行业资源优先）
2. 思路活跃，灵活洞察艾菲合作伙伴需求
3. 熟悉商务合作模式，并能够将需求转化为内容，落地输出
4. 注重细节，沟通能力强
5. 基础技能优秀（word PPT excel等制作精良）
6. 英语六级以上
7. 能够接受阶段性出差
1. More than 2 years of relevant experience in business developing relations (experience in marketing industry awards is preferred，experience in 4A agency is preferred，have marketing industry resources is preferred)
2. Active thinking: flexible insight into the needs of Effie partners
3. Familiar with client's sponsorship and rights and requirements, and be able to transfer the requirements into outputs
4. Attention to details, strong communication skills
5. Good basic skills（Good at word/PPT/excel）
6. CET6 or above
7. Need to accept periodic business trips
