Participate in idea generation and concepting
- 根据已确定的营销角度和策略构建品牌/广告故事、情绪板
Building brand/advertising story, moodboards, based on agreed marketing angles and strategies
- 与创意团队进行头脑风暴，贡献最前沿的营销角度
Brainstorm with a team of creative to contribute cutting edge marketing angles
- 能够积极主动的与创意团队进行交流，提供激发品牌魅力的核心创意
Able to communicate ideas within a design team
- 负责方案中卖点的挖掘和提炼，撰写广告文案。
Responsible for refining the selling points in the plan and writing the copy.

任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，流利的中英文口语和读写能力，并具备文案写作能力；
Bachelor degree or above, high English and Chinese ability (both written and oral) and copywriting skill.
- 至少拥有2-3年的广告及品牌营销的相关从业经验，具备零售行业项目经验优先；
At least 2-3 years’ experience in advertising/marketing industry
- 具备优秀的市场洞察力，愿意主动学习和了解所有行业情况以及发展趋势；
Market-aware in not just one industry, but interested in learning it all
- 对品牌文化以及商业运作机制感兴趣；
Interested in the mechanism between culture and business
- 会使用Adobe InDesign软件；
Basic level of Adobe InDesign
- 有上进心，积极且富有创造力
Self-motivated, positive and creative
- 具备良好的审美
A good eye for aesthetic
- 对中国文化有一定的了解，同时也愿意了解和接触不同地方的文化背景
Basic understanding about Chinese culture, exposure to different culture is an advantage
- 具备较强的布局能力及设计能力将优先考虑
Strong layout and design skills is a plus.
