Executive Producer for Game Industry 监制（游戏行业）     

Final Frontier is seeking an executive producer to join its Shanghai team, to work directly with current and prospective clients, primarily in the game sector, although the role may also include projects in commercials and long form content. The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious, eager to assume a leadership role, prefer to work in a compact, boutique organisation, and passionate about creating high quality animated work.

Role
- Oversee production, scheduling & budgeting;
- Strategise company operations and expansion;
- Manage projects and/or project management personnel;
- Receive, analyse and process new briefs;
- Expand our client base in game sector. Secure new production contracts for trailers and game-related animated content;
- Engage with clients in tech, consumer products, fashion, music, lifestyle sectors;
- Become a core, senior, influential member of the global team, helping expand and drive the company forward;
- Focus on Mainland China market initially.

- 成为全球团队的核心、资深、有影响力的成员，助力公司扩张，推动公司向前发展；
- 初始阶段专注于中国大陆市场。

Requirements
- Native Chinese or fluent Mandarin speaker
- At least 5-years of experience in the gaming industry. You may also come from advertising, live-action production, agency or brand side.
- A comprehensive understanding of industry operations, trends and developments
- Creative eye, passion and taste for animation specifically
- A fresh, energetic, collaborative and open-minded approach

Preferable
- An understanding of the how the game industry operates and functions
- An appreciation and knowledge of industry trends and developments
- Advertising industry experience
- Interactive/Immersive experience
- Long form entertainment experience (series, TV, film)
- A keen creative eye. A passion and taste for animation specifically is a bonus
