职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Marketing and Business Development Departments with research on the Chinese outbound tourism, Chinese online social media industry, Chinese consumer behavior and best marketing practices in China
2. Provide marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
3. Produce periodic research reports in collaboration with the marketing team for wide publication
4. Assist with completion of ad hoc requests for research information;
5. Compile monthly and quarterly industry reports with key statistics and data about major industry players
6. Identify current and emerging industry trends
7. Assemble reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations
8. Conduct in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods

任职要求
Skills and Requirements
1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a research capacity
2. Experience in the tourism and/or social media industries highly advantageous or demonstrated interest in the sectors
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong analytic and critical thinking capabilities
5. Detail oriented and with strong organizational skills
6. Strong understanding of China business environment an advantage
7. Proactive and able to work independently
8. Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and Power BI
9. Bachelors or advanced degree in marketing or business preferred
