Responsibilities
1. Client Management Responsibilities
• Immerse yourself in the client's brand and offering
• Ensure clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through the process
• Set and manage client expectations deliverables and timeframes
2. Team member management Responsibilities
• Assist account director to coach/ guide/motive junior team member, improve team performance
• Distribute works according to team mature and client needs, QC team work as required
3. Project Management Responsibilities
• Co-ordinate between all relevant parties - internal (Print, Broadcast, Digital etc.) and external (Clients and agencies) where necessary to ensure things get done
• Consistently deliver against all contractual obligations include SLAs and KPIs

任职要求
Key Requirements
• 5+ years' managing and servicing international accounts, team management experience
is needed
• Experience working in TV, Digital and/or Print production
• Strong time management/prioritization skills
• Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure
• Must possess excellent written & verbal skills in English
