- Serving International Well-known Fashion Brands -
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow senior level client relationships to assure internal and external stakeholders alignment, by negotiating and managing client expectations and satisfaction
- Identify and drive social retainer work including social account management and social content
- Provide strategic counsel to key clients and serve as a trusted advisor on clients and competitors
- Serve as project manager in preparation and delivery of organic growth or new business proposal content and in-person pitch meetings
- Identify global, digital, and social communications trends; Fashion clients/agency in understanding the importance of social media engagement
- Serve as primary day-to-day contact with clients; proactively engage on issues

Qualifications:
- Typically at least 2 years’ experience in communications, preferably in an agency setting or within applicable industry.
- Strong organizational skills & ability to multi-task, work in a team environment, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in computers & standard office applications (Microsoft Office is preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or above preferred in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or related field.
