任职要求
We expect you:
• 4+ years relevant working experience in PR, e-PR or Marketing department, agency or in-house
• Responsible for retainer accounts, project management, client communication, KPIs delivery, budget management & control and lead team
• Strategical planning skills - PR & Influencers plan & proposals, media coop proposals & coordination, event creative idea & plan
• In-depth knowledge and connection with media, new media and KOL
• Excellent communication skill in managing clients, media & KOL and 3rd parties
• Experience in Fashion, Beauty, Luxury or Lifestyle industry
• Excellence in written and spoken in Chinese, copy writing skill on PR documents
• Proven leadership abilities in managing a team of 4 or more people
• Fluent in written and spoken in English
• Strong knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs
• Positive attitude, passionate, solution oriented, willingness to learn, to work as a team, to demonstrate the leadership

• 优秀的客户、媒体、KOL和第三方管理沟通技巧;
• 在时尚、美容、奢侈品或生活方式领域有丰富的经验；
• 具备优秀的中英双语书写及口头表达能力，对新闻稿撰写有丰富经验；
• 具备管理4人及以上规模团队的领导力经验；
• 熟练操作MS Office办公软件；
• 积极的工作态度，对行业充满热情，问题解决导向，乐于学习新事物，良好的团队意识和领导力展现。
