职位描述
参与团队头脑风暴（brainstorming），协助进行国际客户项目的策划与执行；
搜集竞品动态及行业趋势，进行市场调研与内容分析；
协助项目合同、财务流程等内部支持工作；
配合团队完成媒体沟通、内容撰写、社交媒体运营等日常工作；
完成部门主管安排的其他支持性任务。

Assist in internal project processes including contracts and financial coordination;
Help with media relations, content writing, and social media operations;
Carry out additional tasks assigned by BU leaders.

任职要求
本科大三或大四，专业不限，市场、广告、传播等专业优先；
每周可实习4天及以上，实习期不少于3个月（6个月以上者优先）；
熟练使用 Word、PPT 等办公软件，有基本文案能力；
具备良好的逻辑表达、沟通能力及团队协作意识；
具备英语或其他小语种的阅读与书写能力（英语六级或相当水平者优先）；
对品牌、公关、跨文化传播感兴趣，有相关实习经验者优先。
Junior or senior undergraduate student, preferably majoring in Marketing, Communications, or related fields;
Available at least 4 days a week for a minimum of 3 months (6+ months preferred);
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and basic copywriting skills;
Strong communication, logical thinking, and teamwork skills;
Solid reading and writing abilities in English or other foreign languages (CET-6 or equivalent preferred);
Interest or experience in branding, PR, or cross-cultural communications is a plus.
