寻找一位具备海外公关、国际数字营销或全球内容运营经验的客户经理。
该角色将负责跨团队协作、客户日常沟通与项目管理,推动策略、创意、PR、数字内容与媒介投放等工作的高效落地。
理想候选人需具备优秀的中英文沟通能力,性格积极乐观,不排斥科技与 B2B/B2C 行业,并能在快节奏环境中保持高标准执行。
有海外生活或工作经验、丰富的海外公关经验、大型国际项目或会议/展会传播经验者优先考虑。
主要职责
• 作为项目主要客户接口之一,负责日常沟通、需求拆解与整体项目推进;
• 根据客户 brief 协调策略、创意、PR 与数字团队,确保项目高效交付;
• 参与策划与执行海外公关、媒体关系、数字内容、全球媒体合作及付费投放(如 LinkedIn、YouTube、海外媒体及 KOL);
• 对接并推动海外公关代理、海外 KOL 的合作与落地;
• 与海外客户保持高频沟通,推进区域项目按计划执行;
• 负责部分社交媒体内容的策划、撰写与执行,并基于数据分析优化策略与效果;
• 支持大型国际项目、会议或展会传播的策划与执行;
• 主动识别潜在风险并提出可行解决方案;
• 维护良好的客户关系,支持团队建立长期合作基础。
Key Responsibilities
1,Serve as one of the main client contacts, handling daily communication, brief analysis, and overall project management;
2,Coordinate strategy, creative, PR, and digital teams based on client briefs to ensure efficient project delivery;
3,Participate in planning and executing overseas PR, media relations, digital content, global media partnerships, and paid campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, international media, and KOLs);
4,Liaise with overseas PR agencies and KOLs to drive collaboration and project implementation;
5,Maintain frequent communication with overseas clients to ensure regional projects are executed on schedule;
6,Plan, write, and execute social media content, optimizing strategy and performance based on data analysis;
7,Support the planning and execution of large-scale international projects, conferences, or exhibitions;
8,Proactively identify potential risks and propose practical solutions;
9,Maintain strong client relationships and support the team in building long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
1,4–5 years of experience in integrated marketing, overseas PR, international digital marketing, or agency account management;
2,Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills;
3,Familiarity with overseas media landscapes, global social platforms, content distribution, and media buying is preferred;
4,Extensive experience in B2B/B2C overseas social media operations;
5,Experience in large-scale international projects, conferences, or exhibition communications is a plus;
6,Strong data analysis and strategic thinking skills, able to optimize communication plans based on insights;
7,Understanding of or interest in technology brands, B2B/B2C industries, or cross-border communication projects;
8,Strong logical thinking, sense of responsibility, and ability to perform under pressure in a multi-task environment;
9,Positive and optimistic, excellent communication skills, and adept at cross-team collaboration.
