• Issue booking instructions to buying teams, translating strategy into executable actions / 向采购方发出预订指令（Booking Instructions），把策略翻译成可执行的采购动作
• Prepare material requisitions and deliver assets to media vendors — the link that cannot afford to break / 准备物料需求单，向媒体供应商交付素材——你是链条上最不能出错的一环
• Consolidate spot plans and post-buy reports against deadlines into delivery summaries / 在截止日期前整合 spot plans 与 post-buy reports，输出投放总结报告
• Systematize all brand files and materials — become the person who always knows where things are / 梳理负责品牌的所有文件与物料，成为团队里最清楚东西在哪的人
• Collaborate with planning teams and external media partners to drive solutions live / 与策划团队、外部媒体伙伴协作，推动方案真正落地

• 2027 graduate (bachelor's or above) from Top 100 global universities or China's 985/211 — all majors welcome / 2027 届本科及以上，专业不限
• Fluent in English and Chinese with polished business communication / 中英文流利，具备良好的商务沟通能力
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / 熟练使用 Office 等办公软件
• Detail-oriented, patient, highly execution-driven — reliable beats clever here / 注重细节、有耐心、执行力强（这个岗位，靠谱比聪明更重要）
